Lewis Martin
Lead Pastor
Pastor Lewis Martin was born in Georgia but spent most of his formative years in Dallas, Texas. He attended Wesley College, where he met his wife, Tracey. Pastor Lewis earned a BS in Christian Ministry from Wesley College, a BA in History and Secondary Education from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and a MA in Social Science from the University of West Alabama. He was a youth pastor in Jackson, Mississippi, for six years and has been the lead pastor at Madison Church of the Nazarene for over 20 years. Pastor Lewis and Tracey have three children, one son-in-law, one daughter-in-law, two granddaughters, and one grandson: Reagen, her husband Connor, Annie, and Lou; Seth, his wife Bethany, and Elsie; and Aaron, a sophomore at Trevecca Nazarene University. Pastor Lewis is known as Papa Lew by his grandkids.
David King
Worship Pastor
David King graduated from Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs, CO, in 2000. He is also an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene. He has served on staff at churches in Castle Rock, CO, Cullman, AL, and Huntsville, AL. He serves Madison Church of the Nazarene part-time as the Worship Pastor and runs his own contracting business. David is married to Beth, a software engineer, and they have two sons, Zach and Braden. Together, David and Beth have six grandchildren.


Bethany Martin
Youth Director
Bethany Martin was born in Ohio but spent her childhood living in multiple states and countries as an Army child. Bethany graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a BS in Social Work in 2021. She graduated in 2022 from the University of Tennessee with a MS in Social Work with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and a certification in Trauma Treatment. Bethany currently works as a Special Education teacher at Decatur High School. She is married to Seth Martin, an iron worker at Longarc Corporation. They have a baby girl named Elsie Beth and two dogs: Jax and Dixie.
Hallie Rittenberry
Children's Director
Hallie Rittenberry was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. She graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2019 with a BS in Child Development and Family Relations. Hallie is currently working at Good Shepherd Mother’s Morning Out. She has worked with and around kids and children’s ministry since she was 13. Hallie is married to Walton Rittenberry, and they have two daughters: Josephine and Audrey Anne.
